We imagined this home as a quiet retreat on its half-acre perch, tucked into a cul-de-sac where the rhythm of Colbert Hills feels uninterrupted. The open floor plan was designed to invite connection, with a linear fireplace anchoring the living room and sliding doors that dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, leading to the back deck.
On the main floor, we sought to create a sanctuary in the primary suite. The tray ceiling lends an air of calm elegance, while the walk-in closet and spa-inspired bathroom reflect a balance of function and serenity. Throughout the home, light flows effortlessly, framing moments of togetherness and solitude alike.
Upstairs, we envisioned a space that opens to possibility—three bedrooms and a second living room that gazes out over the surrounding landscape, all crafted with care to feel inviting and effortless. For us, this home is more than just a dwelling; it’s a canvas for life’s moments, rooted in the quiet beauty of its setting and the intention behind every detail.
